On February 11, 2019, ET Solar Power Hong Kong Limited completed its acquisition of ET Solar Inc., and began the brand relaunch in global market. Since then, ET Solar Inc. has right to use the trademark “ET Solar” globally. Regarding the ET Solar branded modules produced after February 11, 2019, our 100% owned Vietnam factory and Cambodia factory will jointly be responsible for their product warranty. For the warranty issued by ET Solar New Energy Co., Ltd. before February 11th, 2019, customers with warranty requirements please contact us promptly, and we will solve your after-sales warranty issues as soon as possible.

After our acquisition, ET Solar Inc. has paid off all its debts in accordance with the restructuring plan and has been operating well in the past one year. Now, ET Solar Inc. has no relationship with its former affiliated companies, for instance ET Solar New Energy Co., Ltd. As an independent operating entity in China, ET Solar New Energy Co., Ltd. has its own assets and debts which are not related to ET Solar Inc. or ET Solar Power Hong Kong Limited.
